Shyamoli Burman Saha

Co-founder and Designer

Trained as a doctor in London, Shyamoli has lived and worked in North London since. She continues to practise medicine alongside STAVE, with a particular interest in how homes support wellbeing for neurodivergent households. She has studied home renovation, bathroom and kitchen design at University Arts London. Shyamoli and her husband have renovated two North London houses for their own family with Marcin.

Marcin Marynczak

Co-founder and Master Carpenter

Marcin has over twenty years’ experience in design-led residential joinery across North and Central London. He runs his own construction firm with a dedicated small team who’ve been working with him for years. His workshop in Basildon, Essex, is where every bespoke STAVE kitchen is made by hand.

The partnership

Shyamoli and Marcin have been working together for nine years. STAVE is the continuation of that — a studio and a workshop with a shared way of doing things: careful design, careful making, from first sketch to final fitting.
